Go beyond pain relief. Treat function at its source
FMS enables non-invasive neuromodulation, deep muscle activation and biological effects to help restore movement, not just reduce symptoms.
From hands-free sessions to dynamic application, FMS adapts to real clinical practice.
A regenerative approach to rehabilitation
Functional Magnetic Stimulation is designed to act directly on the neuromuscular system, supporting functional recovery through biological effects.
It enables:
- NON-INVASIVE NEUROMODULATION Peripheral and central neuromodulation for pain management and nerve function.
- DEEP MUSCLE ACTIVATION Beyond voluntary contraction for effective neuromuscular recruitment.
- BIOLOGICAL EFFECT & TISSUE RECOVERY Supports regenerative processes and tissue healing.
- FUNCTIONAL RECOVERY Improves motor function, movement and rehabilitation outcomes.
Flexible application, built for real clinical workflows
FMS supports different ways of treating—depending on the clinical objective and stage of recovery.
Hands-free therapy
- Secure applicators using the FMS Arm or straps
- Maintain precise positioning throughout the session
- Reduce operator dependency and improve efficiency
Dynamic application
- Integrate stimulation into movement and exercise
- Combine therapy with functional rehabilitation
- Support motor control and active recovery
FMS Arm
- Compact and functional positioning
- Stable applicator support
- Easy to adjust and use in daily practice
Bilateral and multi-zone treatment
- Treat both sides simultaneously when clinically needed

Reliability you can trust in daily practice
FMS is a clinically proven inductive therapy, used continuously in physiotherapy clinics.
- Technology validated through years of clinical use and scientific evidence
- Proven experience with simultaneous application
- Designed for continuous operation with no downtime
- Developed and manufactured in Europe
- High-intensity inductive therapy (up to 3 Tesla) for deep tissue stimulation
Access clinical studies and scientific evidence
Trusted in daily practice
Used by physiotherapists to improve outcomes and efficiency.

The combination of FMS and exercise showed better outcomes in pain and functional capacity, as well as in MRI findings. We saw better results when FMS was applied simultaneously with manual therapy compared with manual therapy alone

The FMS inductive technology from ISKRA MEDICAL offers a very interesting approach in a field that, until now, had not been fully developed. It combines the advantages of electrical and magnetic stimulation in a single system, opening up new therapeutic possibilities for addressing pain and function.
It also allows me to work at both central and peripheral levels, with very good results. For example, in cases of radiculopathy of central origin that causes a peripheral problem, I can apply a dual stimulus: one applicator at the central level and another at the peripheral level, thereby completing the treatment approach.

FMS is a device of unlimited possibilities for my clinic. I use it for the different types of pathologies of my patients and throughout the whole working day as I’m really satisfied with the results. What is most important, is that in my clinic patients are self paying. It has led to the fact that after every treatment I get results and the patients are satisfied.
This is the only device with which, in addition to manual therapy, I have a result after only one session. I recommend it to my colleagues and everyone else who is eager to succeed in working with patients.

Frequently asked questions
Which FMS platform should I choose?
FMS Care, FMS Stym and FMS Uno support musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation. The right choice depends on your clinical needs, the services you want to offer and how you plan to grow.
FMS Care offers the greatest versatility, including pelvic health applications and more options to expand your services over time. FMS Stym and FMS Uno provide more streamlined solutions for different practice needs.
What muscoskeletal conditions can FMS be used for?
FMS supports a wide range of musculoskeletal & sports applications, including musculoskeletal pain, neuropathies, fractures and bone healing, post-surgical recovery, deep muscle activation, and functional rehabilitation. The same technology can be adapted to different stages of recovery and therapeutic goals.
How is FMS different from conventional electrostimulation?
Unlike conventional electrostimulation, FMS uses high-intensity pulsed magnetic fields to induce electrical currents in deep tissues without direct skin contact while also taking advantage of the intrinsic biological effects of magnetic fields This combined mechanism enables non-invasive neuromodulation, deep muscle activation and biological responses while maintaining high patient comfort.
Can FMS be integrated into active treatments?
Yes. FMS supports both hands-free static treatments and dynamic applications during movement or exercise. It allows clinicians to combine stimulation with functional exercises and motor re-education.
Can treatment be customized for each patient?
Yes. FMS includes an extensive library of preset clinical programmes while also allowing clinicians to adjust parameters such as frequency, intensity and waveform according to the patient’s condition and stage of recovery.
Can FMS stimulate more than one area simultaneously?
Yes, two applicators can be used simultaneously to target different areas or muscle groups within the same session.
Is FMS comfortable for patients?
Yes. FMS treatment is completely non-invasive, contact-free and painless. The intensity is adjusted to patient tolerance and therapeutic objectives.
How long does a session last?
Sessions typically last around 20 minutes, depending on the treatment area, protocol and therapeutic goal.
Can FMS be combined with other technologies?
Yes. FMS can be combined with radiofrequency, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and other technologies or techniques.
Does it require consumables?
No. FMS treatments do not require consumables or disposables, helping simplify daily clinical use and avoid recurring treatment costs.
